You are more alive

You are more alive now than you’ve ever been. — The wonderful Tina Walsh @twalsh1159 said this to me a few years ago. She may not remember but I sure do. It has stuck with me because of the depth of its truth. — At that time, I was struggling. The raw-ness I felt didn’t seem like it would fade. Every emotion took over me like a ton of bricks and I didn’t know what to do. I’d cry at the drop of a hat, full of unexplained feelings. — But Tina’s words rang in my ear. I’m alive. I’m feeling pain, grief, sadness, anger and everything in between. I’m more alive by feeling it. — As soon as I felt those words, I softened. I didn’t have to figure out how to stop it. I just had to feel it all and allow myself to feel it. — Because I am alive. — #therapistlessons #feelingsadandalive #feelinggriefandalive #therapistlife #aliveandwell #feelthemoment #feelinggrateful #feelingloved

Tina Walsh and her words helped you with the situation you had been through. You may be undergoing a lot of problems right now and asking what's your worth for, but you should always look at the brighter side and acknowledge that you are still alive. As long as their is life, there is hope, we should not forget that. Today might not be going according to your plans, but you need to wait for the sunny day to finally shine on you! It all depends on our own perspective!
